Are you having difficulties communicating with each other? Does it feel like you´re repeating the same fight over and over again? At some point of life many couples experience problems in their relationship and when this occurs, couples therapy can be of help. Relationship with our spouse is often the most important relationship we have. A working and close relationship is important to both the couple in question as well as the whole family, its health and wellbeing.

In couples therapy, the aim is to better understand each other by getting help and support to communicate. Both parties are given space to express their feelings and needs and, together, we will try to understand what lies behind these feelings. In my work with couples, I use the principles for emotional focused couples therapy (EFCT).

Tibast practice is situated in Niittykumpu, Espoo, but if needed, sessions can also be arranged in the centre of Helsinki.
